Terms & Conditions
of Trading
All payments are strictly COD or EFT deposit, unless arranged prior to purchase.
Minimum order is $ 40.00. Orders below $40.00 will incur a $ 5.00 + GST handling Fee.
In the event an account facility and payment is not received by due date Ynot
Digital (YD) reserves the right to charge interest from the
day the account becomes overdue at the prevailing Commonwealth Bank overdraft
rates.
Resellers failing to pay there accounts by the due date will automatically revert to COD
(EFT/Cash/Cheque/Credit Card) status until the account is brought up to date.
Credit Card Payments:
All Ynot Digital published prices are COD / EFT / Cheque / Cash.
Resellers who choose to pay there invoice by credit card will be charged an
additional 1.5% + GST on the total invoice.
Resellers with dishonoured cheques will be charged a $30 fee per cheque. More
than 1 dishonoured cheque being received will result in all subsequent orders being
payed in CASH or bank cheque only.
We accept personal and company cheques subject to
Equifax clearing approval. or company cheques only up to a maximum of $5,000.00.
Any amount higher than $5000.00 will require 'cleared funds' either by BANK
CHEQUE, CASH or DIRECT DEPOSIT.
Credit limits & Credit Accounts
Credit limits granted to resellers will at no point in time be exceeded. A credit account can be processed only
upon signing ALL the requested forms including the Deed of Guarantee if
required.
Any account that fails to comply with there terms, Ynot Digital reserves the right to put the
account on credit hold or to cancel the credit account without prior notice.
Should any amount become overdue and unpaid, then all the outstanding amounts
will be treated as overdue.
Without limiting the generality of
the foregoing, the applicants, as specified above, Guarantor specifically
agrees that:
- The Guarantor will pay, on demand, all moneys on any account whatever
now or hereafter due and payable by the reseller to Ynot Digital, whether or not a
demand has been made on the reseller.
- The Guarantor’s liability shall not be abrogated, prejudiced or affected
by the granting of time, credit or the forbearance to the reseller.
- Nothing herein will impose on Ynot Digital any obligations to give the Guarantor
any notice of the Customer’s default or to include any demand made hereunder,
any particulars of the Customer’s default
- In case of default the reseller and the Guarantor herewith agree to
indemnify Ynot Digital any and all legal costs Ynot Digital has incurred, including all debt
collector costs, from the first instance, in the course of recovering the
outstanding moneys.
Title of goods
Title to goods supplied does not pass until payment in full has been received by Ynot
Digital and funds are cleared.
Prices
All reseller prices quoted are Ex-GST based on C.O.D. and subject to
change without prior notice; unless a fixed price
quotations have been offered. Goods will be charged at prices which are current
at the time of delivery.
No
warranty is provided for any goods or services provided free of charge or sold
as used items.
These
Terms of Sale are considered to be accepted by the reseller upon placing an
order for the Goods with Ynot Digital.
Delivery & Freight
Where
the customer requires that Ynot Digital arrange local delivery a fee will apply. It
is clearly done as an agent for the dealer. Ynot Digital will not be responsible
for loss or damage to goods in transit.
Return for Credit / Exchange / Cancellation
Returns
for credit / exchange / order cancellation will not be accepted, after 7 days
of invoice date, unless agreed prior to return.
- Goods need to be in original and
resalable condition,and the cancellation must be
sent in writing by either fax or email

All goods are sold on a non-refundable
basis and a credit note will be issued.
- Around a 15% restocking fee will be
charged to cover handling unless prior agreement is made.
- Please note that goods returned because
you OR your customer changed their mind or made a mistake will incur the 15%
restocking fee.
- Please note that purchase orders are
legally binding contracts!
Items not accepted for return:
- All software
Any sealed product
is not returnable once opened.
- Special orders, items not normal kept
in stock by Ynot Digital (order).
- Not in the Price List or items marked
as “clearing”.
- Notebook computers
Ynot Digital
will not attend to any requests without a copy of the INVOICE and the correct
forms completed.
Claims
Claims
regarding invoice prices, or other discrepancies, must be made within 24 hours from receipt of goods. Any
claims received after this date can not be considered.
Warranty & R.A. procedure
Dead
on arrival products (DOA). 7 days from Ynot Digital invoice. Only applies between the
Ynot Digital and the reseller.
Products
sold by Ynot Digital carry a 12 month return to Ynot Digital warranty unless otherwise stated on
the invoice.
Warranties
are non transferable as Ynot Digital is a wholesaler, we cannot provide end-user support
to components purchased from resellers. All warranty queries must be handled
through their place of purchase (Reseller).
All
products sold by Ynot Digital carry a bar code serial or identification number. Removing this barcode /
serial number will void your warranty.
An R.M.A. number must be obtained prior to returning goods. A form to download
and fill in is provided on our website. It is the responsibility of the dealer to
return the product to our warehouse for testing.
Do
not send products back without an RMA number as it will not be attended to.
A
clear description of the fault / symptom is required in order to efficiently
expedite your request, otherwise delays may be incurred. Where components are
deemed to faulty they will either be repaired or replaced at Ynot Digital Ltd’s discretion. If the product is
either out of warranty, abused or misused charges may apply.
If
a product returned as faulty is found to be in good working. A NO FAULT FOUND FEE
OF $ 44.00 MAY BE CHARGED.
Any
RA not collected after 3 months will become the property of Ynot Digital
